Bold and Audacious Praying

By October 27, 2016Prayer

For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem: thou shalt weep no more: he will be very gracious unto thee at the voice of thy cry; when He shall hear it, He will answer thee. Isaiah 30:19

1 John 5:14-15New King James Version (NKJV)

Confidence and Compassion in Prayer

14 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.

Confident, abiding faith combined with God’s power can produce amazing results, if the request is in harmony with God’s will. God is fully capable of doing that which man regards as impossible (Mark 14:36; James 4:3).

God hears and answers the prayer of the righteous!  This is the hour the Holy Spirit is wooing a generation of women to lift up their voice to pray bold and audacious prayers.  The days of praying nice “now I lay me down to sleep prayers” are over. The Anna anointing will empower women to embrace new horizons and possibilities in the place of prayer. Many times we’ve be trained to pray and ask God for things based on what we think we deserve but those that have cultivated an Anna Anointing will ask for things based on His love from them. God is our Father who loves to give good gifts to His children. So why not ask Him for nations, cities, revival, spiritual awakening. The possibilities are limitless. God is liberating intercessors from seeing the state of world from human perspective. He is enlarging our scope of perception, to view the world from a heavenly perspective. The earth is the Lord’s and all its fullness the world and those who dwell in.  Our intercession can influence the earth.  We don’t have to sit idly by and watch floods, storms and natural disasters happen in the earth we can ask God to intervene through our asking. Our intercession can influence the world and world systems.

  • We can pray to have evil rulers replaced,
  • unjust laws can be reversed and
  • systemic poverty can be broken by the power of persistent, relentless, importunate prayer. Those with the Anna Anointing will step outside of the proverbial box and pray to influence change in every area of life.

This is a critical hour in many nations’ history. Moral decadence, physical and economic drought, and a spiritual decline have left our nations impoverished in many ways.  Gross darkness is covering the earth. Many have lost hope and believe that the moral depravity of culture is irreversible but it is not. God has given us a promise in

Psalm 2:8 that if we ask of Him he would give us our nations for an inheritance and the ends of the earth for our possession. The destinies of nations are in the hands of intercessors. I believe He has called and anointed modern Anna’s to have a say in their nation’s future.

Ask anything in My Name

JOHN 14:13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

There is one mediator between God and man and that is Christ Jesus!!

God’s willingness to give exceeds our ability to ask!

God has promised us that if we ask anything in His Name he would give it to us. We need a revelation of our spiritual authority that is given to us based our relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. In His sovereignty and wisdom has reserved blessing and breakthroughs for a generation only to be experience if His people would rise up in faith and ask Him.

There is authority in asking in name of Jesus. We must understand the width and scope of the authority that is in the name of Jesus.

Kings rule through authority they conquer by power!

Luke 4;32 they were astonished at his teaching for his words were with authority- right privilege and legal permission. The power of authority (influence) and of right(privilege).

Power is the miraculous – or dunamis that which shifts and changes reality.

a. What did not exist now does exist

b.  power dunamis is creative

c. it can be as explosive as the Holy Spirit of God hovering over the void and formless earth

d. power is a gift.

  • Jesus established His authority over the laws of nature by walking on water.
  • He demonstrated the power of the spoken word to control the forces of nature (Mark 4:39).

Mark 4:39New King James Version (NKJV)

39 Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.

  • Jesus showed us how prayer can even alter the laws of physics by multiplying food and turning water into wine(Matthew 14:19).
  • Jesus demonstrated authority over disease healing multitudes (mark4:23)
  • Jesus even displayed the power of crying out when He spoke to Lazarus and raised Him from the dead (John 11:42-43)

After all of that He defeated the ultimate enemy of death by being raised from the dead.  Then He said all authority in heaven and in earth have been given to me now go use this authority.

Luke 10:19 He says behold I give you authority, the right and the permission to use my name. One of the major vehicles for executing the authority of Jesus is by prayer.  We can rule and reign exercising the power of Kingdom of God through the scepter of prayer.

There is no higher authority than the praying believer seated in Heaven’s throne with Christ.  Ephesians 2:6 tells us, we have been “raised … up with [Christ], and seated … with Him in the heavenly places.” The power and authority Jesus received as the exalt man are given to us as believers.

God will not release blessings, breakthroughs, healing or revival in our land until the people of the Lord humble themselves, pray,  seek his face, turning from our wicked ways.  We must awaken to authority the Lord have given us to affect the quality of life lived on the earth. God chosen the body of Christ as His vehicle to express the fullness of power Jesus obtain on the cross in the earth to realm today.
